Zelensky noted:
“A military meeting is taking place in Turkey regarding security in the Black Sea. This primarily concerns the ‘coalition of willing countries’ and the corresponding steps. Many such meetings have already occurred, discussing various formats of the coalition of willing and capable nations regarding security in the Black Sea. Over these two days, this is being discussed on the platform of our Turkish colleagues. They have invited us”

during a press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Odesa. Representatives from the UK, France, Ukraine, and Turkey are participating in the event.
Security Guarantees for the Region
The President stated that Turkey could play an important role in future security guarantees for the region, saying:
“This is not about ending the war, unfortunately. It is about what will happen after a ceasefire. Part of these security guarantees includes a contingent, the presence of military forces. The issue of the presence of these military forces in the Black Sea is currently being discussed. And this is very important for everyone – for Odesa, for Mykolaiv, for all our cities located on the Black Sea”

It was previously reported that official representatives of Russia would not participate in the planned security meeting for shipping in the Black Sea on April 15-16. According to CNN Turk, the meeting is organized at the level of the defense ministries of Russia and Ukraine, with Turkey acting as a mediator.
