The municipal enterprise “Directorate for Capital Construction and Reconstruction ‘Kyivbudrekonstruktsiya'” has signed a contract with the company “TFM-Skhid” for additional reconstruction work at the Bortnytsia Aeration Station amounting to 147.08 million hryvnias.

Details of the Agreement and Previous Contracts
The agreement includes the execution of additional works that were not included in the initial reconstruction project of the station. The cost of these works is set at a level not exceeding 50% of the main contract amount. The works involve the reinforcement of embankments and spillways around the sludge field of site No. 1. They are planned to be completed by the end of 2025.
“In March 2025, ‘TFM-Skhid’ won the tender from ‘Kyivbudrekonstruktsiya’ for the reconstruction of the embankments of sludge fields No. 1 and No. 2 at the Bortnytsia Aeration Station, valued at 563 million hryvnias. Now, this same company has been awarded additional works without a tender, which were not and could not have been anticipated earlier, costing no more than 50% of the initial contract value. This concerns the heightening of the embankment and spillways around the sludge field of site No. 1, which will be completed by the end of 2025.”
Information about Contractors and Management
The founder of the company “TFM-Skhid,” registered in Boryspil, is Dmytro Novhorodskyi from Sumy, and the manager is Inna Novikova. The Directorate of ‘Kyivbudrekonstruktsiya’ is headed by Anatolii Sul’din.
