Suspicions Regarding Myroniuk’s Role in Corruption Schemes
According to materials from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Myroniuk appears in the so-called “NABU tapes” under the codename “Rocket.” Together with Dmytro Basov (“Tenor”), they allegedly coordinated shadow processes: controlling procurements, personnel decisions, and financial flows of the state energy enterprise, as stated by MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak.
At the beginning of the court session, Myroniuk claimed that the notification of suspicion was attempted to be delivered to him without the presence of a lawyer. The defendant’s attorneys requested to postpone the session due to insufficient time to familiarize themselves with the case materials.
Myroniuk also denied his involvement in the activities.
