The judicial authority has suspended the implementation of the decision made by the Kyiv City Council regarding the expansion of the powers of the head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), Vitali Klitschko. This decision remains open until the completion of the review of its compliance with current legislation.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, announced this on his Telegram channel, noting that he initiated the court proceedings.
“The Kyiv City Council’s decision to expand Klitschko’s powers has been suspended by the court, which is examining its legality,” he wrote.
Tkachenko also emphasized that he personally filed the lawsuit, highlighting the transparency of the process: “I personally filed the lawsuit. I am reporting this directly and transparently. It will not be behind closed doors, as they are used to. It will be the Law,” he added.
