Threat of strict control over duty performance

According to Tkachенко, strict control will be implemented in Kyiv regarding the execution of assigned tasks. He noted:

“There will be strict discipline in the execution of assigned tasks. The chaos allowed during the aftermath of Russian attacks, absence from the workplace, and leisure time when people are left homeless – this is the last straw. From this day forward, failure to execute assignments issued to ensure the functioning of Kyiv will be assessed as sabotage under the legal regime of martial law.”

.

The head of the KMVA emphasizes that in the event of such violations, he will personally contact the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to respond to such manifestations. This indicates an increase in accountability and control over officials during the period of martial law.
