Program and Features of the Event

Festival visitors will have the opportunity to explore the unique manifestations of living cultural heritage from various corners of Ukraine. Guests will learn about the role of intangible heritage in modern society, engage in conversations with its bearers, and participate in workshops.

“Festival guests will be able to familiarize themselves with the diverse expressions of living cultural heritage from different regions of Ukraine, learn about its significance in contemporary life, interact with bearers, and take part in workshops.”

As part of the program, there will be exhibitions and workshops conducted by representatives of communities whose cultural elements have already been included in UNESCO lists or are in the process of submission. The National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ukraine will also be presented. Documentaries dedicated to specific elements of intangible heritage, as well as thematic round tables and discussions, are planned.

The festival will take place on September 6 and 7 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at: Akademika Tronka Street, 1.
