The opening of premises in the Gulliver shopping and office complex will take place in stages

The Gulliver shopping center in Kyiv is gradually resuming operations for employees, visitors, and tenants. The opening of specific areas of the complex will be carried out in stages, depending on the resolution of the consequences of the emergency situation that occurred earlier.
First Steps Towards Resuming Operations
As of December 1, the branch of Oschadbank located in the Gulliver shopping center has already resumed its activities. The next stage will be the opening of retail spaces for visitors: starting from December 12, 2025, the first and minus first floors of the shopping and entertainment part of the complex will be accessible.
“The Emergency Commission of Oschadbank has decided to begin the phased opening of the Gulliver shopping center based on the results of resolving the circumstances that led to the emergency situation in certain parts of the building,” the statement said.
Further Stages and Conditions for Opening
The bank explained that the date for opening the retail spaces was determined based on agreements with tenants and their readiness to fully resume operations. At the same time, decisions regarding the launch of other floors and the office part of the complex will be made gradually, as the work to eliminate the consequences of intentional damage and negligence towards the engineering systems by the previous owner is completed.
