The little otter is receiving treatment at a veterinary clinic

At the Kyiv Wild Animal Rescue Center, a rescued otter was showcased, which was recently brought in from the Cherkasy region. The animal was found in a weakened state by concerned residents near their yard. They promptly transferred it to a specialized center for the necessary assistance.
Health Status of the Otter and Treatment
Animal protectors immediately took the little creature to a veterinary clinic under the supervision of Dr. Inna Vasylykivska. During the examination, the young otter was diagnosed with enteritis, which requires it to remain in the hospital. The team of doctors is providing all necessary medical services and support for the animal’s recovery.
Need for Help and Support from Caring Individuals
“Yesterday we met a bus from the Cherkasy region that brought us this little one. Concerned people found this weakened otter near their yard and handed it over to us,” the animal protectors shared.
At the Wild Animal Rescue Center, it is noted that the treatment of the otter will take a long time and require significant financial resources. Volunteers are calling for support of their activities, as every donation helps cover veterinary services and saves the lives of wild animals.
