The Department of Internal Financial Control and Audit of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) conducted a tender for the purchase of eight ‘Patriot’ model gas masks. The total value of the contract amounted to 28,400 hryvnias, as reported on the ProZorro platform.

The tender documentation states that ‘Patriot’ gas masks are “individual protective equipment,” which includes a panoramic mask, a Trayal SX(CO) filter, and a bag. The price of one gas mask is 3,550 hryvnias.
The winner of the tender was entrepreneur Tamara Petrovna Blokhina (FOP) from Kremenchuk, who was the sole participant in the bidding. According to youcontrol.com.ua, among her activities are wholesale trade in clothing and footwear, as well as daytime care for children.
Delivery Terms
According to the tender conditions, the delivery of the goods must take place by May 1st. It is worth noting that a similar gas mask can be purchased online for approximately three thousand hryvnias. The department is headed by director Oksana Koltyk, and the staffing plan for 2021 includes 52 employees.
