Details of the Scandal and the Future of Other Officials
The scandal erupted after journalists reported the participation of representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration in a party at Kyiv Sea on the day of mourning declared after the Russian missile strike on April 25, which resulted in the deaths of civilians. The initial draft decision proposed the dismissal of ten officials, including deputies of the city mayor Vitali Klitschko: Petro Panteleyev, Valentyn Mondryiyskyi, Vyacheslav Nepop, and Maryna Khonda. However, ultimately, all the individuals involved in the scandal retained their positions, except for Mykola Povoroznyk.
