The Department of Public Communications of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) is actively conducting procurements for various advertising and information services, allocating significant budget funds for the implementation of important projects.

New Tenders and Their Features
The announcements for the tenders were posted on the official procurement page in April. For example, on April 23, a tender was announced for the amount of 314 thousand hryvnias for conducting an «information and communication campaign on important issues related to the activities of non-governmental organizations, including those relocated as part of humanitarian and civic activities during martial law, as well as for promoting their work». This is aimed at raising public awareness about the activities of these organizations.
Additionally, on April 18, a tender was announced for 99 thousand hryvnias for the procurement of advertising and marketing services, focusing on highlighting issues related to the development of civil society on social media. The winner of this competition was entrepreneur Haidash Lesya Olegivna.
Other Implemented Projects and Their Features
In March of this year, a tender for 334,600 hryvnias took place, aimed at «producing and placing informational products as part of the information and communication campaign “Become Part of the Team. Choose Sports for Yourself”». The winner of the competition was entrepreneur Oleksandr Lytvynenko. This demonstrates the active work of the department under the leadership of Myroslava Smirnova, who heads this structural unit.
“These tenders are important tools for informing the public and promoting social initiatives in Kyiv,” notes the department’s leadership.
