The municipal enterprise “Kyivmisksvitlo” has announced a tender for the modernization of lighting on Hlibovytska Street and Passage in the Podil district of the capital. According to preliminary estimates, over 15 million UAH is planned to be spent on this work.

Project Goal — Improving Energy Efficiency

According to the tender documentation, by the end of 2025, outdated mercury and sodium lamps are to be replaced with modern LED lights. This will not only improve the quality of lighting but also reduce electricity costs, enhance safety for pedestrians and drivers during the evening and nighttime hours.

Procurement Details and Expected Outcomes

The winner of the competition to determine the contractor will be chosen through the Prozorro system. The conduct of electronic procurement will ensure transparency in the tender process and effective use of budget funds.

“Kyivmisksvitlo” plans to spend over 15 million UAH on the lighting renovation on Hlibovytska Street and Passage.

The implementation of the project is expected to contribute to the creation of a more comfortable and safer infrastructure for residents of the Podil district, as well as reduce the negative impact on the environment through the use of energy-saving technologies.
