A charity auction titled “Let’s Mow the Horde Together” was held in Kyiv, during which a football signed by the players of the Ukrainian national team was sold for 75 thousand hryvnias. This lot became the most expensive during the bidding, and the proceeds will be directed to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Unique lot with signatures from the legendary team
The football was provided by Oleksiy Dniprov, the rector of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. It features the signatures of the players from the Ukrainian national team, which reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup for the first time in the country’s history in 2006, held in Germany.

Fundraising for defense needs
The auction “Let’s Mow the Horde Together” was organized as part of the XIV Ukrainian Conference of Internet Operators and Services to raise funds to assist the Ukrainian military. Thanks to the event, 800 thousand hryvnias were raised, which will be allocated for the purchase of a vehicle for the FPV Air Defense of the 711th Separate Mine Clearance Brigade of the State Special Transport Service.
Participants in the auction emphasized the importance of supporting the Defense Forces and expressed confidence that the funds raised will help strengthen the country’s defense capabilities.
