A large-scale technical maintenance of elevators is planned in the residential buildings of the Obolon district of Kyiv. As part of this initiative, the “Managing Company for the Maintenance of Residential Fund of the Obolon District of Kyiv” will cover 1930 high-rise buildings, allocating over 14.3 million hryvnias for the work.

Maintenance Plan and Contractor Requirements
According to the terms of the tender documentation, the inspection of elevators includes carrying out scheduled maintenance as well as monthly and quarterly repairs. In addition, the future contractor is required to ensure the uninterrupted and safe operation of the elevator equipment. One of the key requirements is to prevent elevator downtime due to technical reasons for more than one day.
Additional Responsibilities of the Contractor
The contractor is also responsible for regular cleaning: weekly cleaning of elevator cabins, and quarterly cleaning of shafts, pits, and machine rooms. An important condition is also the prompt response in case of emergencies. In the event of passengers being trapped in an elevator, they must be rescued no later than 30 minutes from the time of the call.
“The Managing Company for the Maintenance of Residential Fund of the Obolon District of Kyiv” plans to conduct technical maintenance of elevators in 1930 residential buildings in this area. Over 14.3 million hryvnias will be allocated for such work.
These measures are aimed at ensuring the stable and safe operation of elevators for the residents of the district.
