U.S. President Donald Trump, commenting on the outcomes of his phone conversation with Putin, described it as “very productive” and reported on the agreements reached regarding further negotiations. In particular, Trump stated that a meeting of high-level advisors will take place next week, to be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio along with other representatives to be determined later. The location of this meeting is currently being coordinated.
