The building of the municipal non-commercial enterprise “Consultative-Diagnostic Center”, located at 100 Saksahanskoho Street in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, will undergo a major renovation costing 95.56 million hryvnias.

Scope and Funding of the Renovation Works
The contractor for the work will be LLC “Ukrainian Production and Construction Alliance ‘Center'”, with which the center has signed a contract following a tender. The renovation is planned to be completed by December 2026, taking into account modern accessibility requirements for visitors with disabilities and other mobility-impaired groups. The project includes the renovation of offices, lobbies, corridors, as well as a number of engineering and finishing works.
Among the planned works are the dismantling and replacement of screeds and flooring, updating walls through plastering, painting, and tiling, installing suspended ceilings, and fitting new doors, windows, and cabinet doors for engineering networks. Additionally, the mosaic floor in the first-floor vestibule will be restored, the walls of stairwells No. 1 and No. 2 will be updated, new railings for beams and staircases will be installed, and the coverings of the stair landings will be replaced.
The renovation is funded from the local budget amounting to 60 million hryvnias and from the enterprise’s own funds – 35.56 million hryvnias. A budget of 214 thousand hryvnias is allocated for the purchase of equipment, furniture, and inventory.
Client, Contractor, and Management
The contractor is “Ukrainian Production and Construction Alliance ‘Center'”, owned by Kyiv resident Oksana Kolibabchuk. According to industry publications, this company has received state orders totaling 1.10 billion hryvnias since 2016, the largest portion from the KNP “Clinical Hospital ‘Psychiatry’ of the Kyiv City State Administration.
“The KNP ‘Consultative-Diagnostic Center’ has been headed by Nataliia Berikashvili since 2013, and the authorized procurement officer is Andrii Sheremetev.”
Nataliia Berikashvili has been a deputy of the Kyiv City Council from the ‘Yednist’ faction since 2020 and serves as the first deputy chair of the permanent commission on health care and social policy.
