A new facility for the district organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine has been opened in the Obolon district, located at: Levka Lukyanenka Street, 1a.

A Modern Space for Volunteer and Social Initiatives

This important step in the field of charity and volunteering was made possible through the joint efforts of the city and district branches of the Red Cross, as well as the support of donors who financed the renovation of the premises. The new center occupies a spacious area of 295 square meters, allowing for an expanded range of social services for the residents of the district.

“The implementation of this project was made possible thanks to the collaborative work of the city and district branches of the Red Cross, our team, and the donors who helped finance the renovation,” noted the head of the Obolon District State Administration, Kyrylo Fesyk.

Expanded Opportunities for the Community

Representatives of the district administration emphasize that the local Red Cross branch is one of the most powerful in Ukraine and has one of the best material and technical bases. In the new space, they plan to organize various events and clubs, including a social workshop, an active longevity club, a charity choir, yoga classes, Nordic walking, and a massage room.

Residents of the district are invited to join the work of the Red Cross organization: both as recipients of assistance and as volunteers who wish to contribute to the development of local charitable activities during the ongoing large-scale war.
