Damage to Infrastructure and Residential Buildings
According to official information, 12 people were injured in the enemy attack, eight of whom were hospitalized, while four are receiving outpatient care. In the Pechersk district, debris from a drone struck a high-rise building, causing a fire in apartments on several floors. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fire and evacuated residents.
“As a result of the enemy’s attack on the capital, 12 people were injured. Eight of them are in hospitals. Four are receiving outpatient assistance,” the report states.
In the Holosiivskyi district, the facade and windows on the fifth floor of a ten-story building were damaged, and parked cars caught fire in the courtyard. In the Desnyanskyi district, debris from a downed missile fell on open territory near a clinic, while in the Podilskyi and Desnyanskyi districts, munitions debris fell on open areas without causing damage.
Power Supply and Transportation Disruptions
The Russian strike on energy infrastructure led to a partial blackout on the left bank of Kyiv. Some districts experienced water supply issues, and the left bank metro lines were out of service for two hours. Currently, the “red” and “blue” metro lines are operating as usual, while the “green” line is transporting passengers between the “Syrets” and “Vydubychi” stations, with train intervals of six minutes on the “Akademmistechko” to “Lisova” section.
Due to power outages, some trolleybus and tram routes are temporarily not functioning. To ensure connectivity between districts, additional bus routes have been organized: No. 37ТР (from Myroslavska Street to “Lisova” metro station), No. 28Т (from Darnytsia Square to Myroslavska Street), No. 30ТР (from Myroslavska Street to “Pochaina” metro station), and No. 8Т (from Darnytsia Square to “Poznyaky” metro station, duplicating tram No. 8). The number of buses on routes No. 114 and No. 50ТР has also been increased to improve connectivity between the left and right banks.
In the Pechersk district, due to damage to a residential building, the exit from Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard to Mykola Mikhnovskyi Boulevard towards “Lybidska” metro station has been closed.
Residents of the capital are urged to closely monitor announcements regarding changes in public transport routes on station monitors and through the official pages of the relevant services.
