The operational situation on the front remains tense

Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded more than 140 combat clashes with Russian troops. The highest intensity of fighting was observed in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, and Lyman directions, where the enemy made numerous attempts to break through the Ukrainian defense.
Enemy Losses and Strikes on Ukrainian Positions
Ukrainian military inflicted significant losses on the enemy. During the day, nearly 1,120 occupiers were eliminated, three tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 88 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems, 176 operational-tactical level drones, as well as 125 units of automotive and special equipment, including fuel tankers, were destroyed.
“The enemy launched three missile and 59 air strikes, using four missiles and dropping 74 guided bombs, conducted 1,334 kamikaze drone strikes, and carried out 4,421 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas,” the General Staff reported.
Overview of the Situation in Various Directions
- Kharkiv Direction: Defense forces repelled three enemy attacks near Vovchansk and Vovchanski Khutory.
- Kupiansk Direction: Russia attempted to break through Ukrainian positions four times.
- Lyman Direction: Ukrainian defenders repelled 20 assaults.
- Sever Direction: Ukrainian soldiers stopped two attacks.
- Kramatorsk Direction: Ukrainian Armed Forces units repelled three aggressor assaults.
- Toretsk Direction: The enemy made 15 storming attempts.
- Pokrovsk Direction: 37 enemy assault and offensive actions were recorded.
- Novopavlivka Direction: Occupiers conducted 24 attacks.
- Huliaipole Direction: The enemy used unguided air missiles on Huliaipole.
- Orikhiv Direction: Three combat clashes occurred.
- Dniprovsk Direction: No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
- Kursk Direction: Ukrainian defense forces repelled 20 enemy attacks.
Ukrainian military continues to hold the defense in the hottest areas of the front, giving a decisive rebuff to Russian troops.
