This is reported by Kyiv24
The beginning of the week in Ukraine was marked by severe restrictions on electricity supply. On Monday, December 8, residents of the country, including those in Kyiv, faced strict outage schedules: power may be unavailable for up to 14 hours a day.

Stabilization Outages and Possible Schedule Changes
“By order of NEC Ukrenergo, stabilization electricity outages will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59 on December 7,” the message states.
Energy workers are restoring facilities that were damaged due to enemy attacks, but the situation remains tense. According to DTEK “Kyiv Electric Networks”, outage schedules may be updated if new instructions are received from NEC “Ukrenergo”. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly check the current electricity supply schedule.
