The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced the sale of the state-owned share package of the joint-stock company ‘Ukrnaftoprodukt’.

Auction Details and Starting Price
61,088,246 shares, which constitute 50% + 1 share of the company’s charter capital, have been put up for open bidding. The auction is scheduled to take place on October 23 on the electronic platform Prozorro. The starting price for the state share package is 18.8 million UAH.
Description of the Property Complex and Company Activities
The property complex of ‘Ukrnaftoprodukt’ is located in Kyiv at the address: Boulevard of the Verkhovna Rada, 34. The total area of the company’s premises is 5,472.77 square meters. Additionally, the company owns a land plot of 6.472724 hectares.
According to open sources, the main activity of the company is the rental and operation of its own or leased real estate, as well as wholesale trade in fuel and freight transportation processing.
It concerns 61,088,246 shares (50 percent + 1 share of the charter capital), reports the State Property Fund of Ukraine, citing ‘Prozorro’.
