As emphasized by the Speaker of Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk, the main goal of this budget is to ensure the economic stability of the country, create predictable conditions for business development, and guarantee stable funding for the security and defense sector of Ukraine.
The main goal is “the timely adoption of the main financial document of the state to ensure economic stability, predictability for business, and reliable funding for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.”

In the near future, the Verkhovna Rada plans to review this financial document, which outlines the priorities of state policy, expenditures on key sectors, as well as ways to support the economy and strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities in 2026.
