Earlier, talks between the delegations of Ukraine, the USA, and Turkey concluded in Istanbul, where issues of peace and security were discussed. The head of the Ukrainian delegation, Rustem Umerov stated that Ukraine is committed to a complete and unconditional ceasefire and the initiation of direct negotiations at the highest level.
