Key Participants and Format of the Negotiations
The Ukrainian delegation included Rustem Umerov, Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Budanov, as well as Davyd Arakhamia, Serhiy Kyslytsia, Andriy Hnatov, Vadym Skibitskyi, and Oleksandr Bevz. From the United States, Steve Vitkoff, Jared Kushner, Josh Gruenbaum, Daniel Driscoll, and General Alex Grinkevich participated. Russia was represented at a high military level.
Results of the Meeting and Next Steps
After the trilateral meeting, work continued in the format of group negotiations, allowing participants to focus on details and develop a shared vision for further actions. According to Umerov, all parties were committed to constructive dialogue and reached significant agreements.
“The work was substantial and productive, oriented towards concrete steps and practical solutions. We are preparing a report for President Volodymyr Zelensky,” he wrote in a Telegram message.
Currently, the Ukrainian side is preparing a detailed report for President Volodymyr Zelensky regarding the outcomes of the consultations and the proposed solutions.
