In the capital, water spray frames will be installed in all districts of Kyiv to combat the heat.

Due to rising temperatures, the city authorities have decided to install special water spray frames in parks, squares, and on central streets. Under these frames, residents and visitors will be able to cool off and protect themselves from the heat.
Where Water Spray Frames Will Appear in Kyiv
According to the city administration, water spray frames will be installed at 31 locations in various districts of the capital:
- Holosiivskyi District: Maxim Rylskyi Park.
- Darnytskyi District: Pozniaky Park, a square on Oleksandr Kosytsia Street, Internationalist Warriors Park, a square on Vyshnyakivska Street, 12.
- Desnianskyi District: Desniansky Park, a park with water features along Roman Shukhevych Avenue, Festival Park, Youth Park, Vyacheslav Veremiia Square.
- Dniprovskyi District: Victory Park, Aurora Park, a park on Yurii Shumskii Street, Kusum Square in the DVRZ settlement.
- Obolonskyi District: Natalka Park.
- Pecherskyi District: Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard, Eternal Glory Park.
- Podilskyi District: Kurenevskyi Park, a square at Shchekavytska Square, Square No. 1 at Kontraktova Square.
- Sviatoshynskyi District: Sovky Park, International Park, Academician Vernadskyi Boulevard.
- Solomianskyi District: Vidradnyi Park, Mykola Zerov Park, Orlyatko Park.
- Shevchenkivskyi District: Khreshchatyk (boulevard section), Rainbow Park, Taras Shevchenko Park, a square near the circus, Landscape Alley.
Purpose of Installing the Spray Frames
The Kyiv authorities note that these frames will help residents and visitors to the capital cope with hot days more easily, especially in areas of active recreation and walking.
