Additionally, fog may form at night and in the morning in the region, which could complicate visibility on the roads. The wind is forecasted to come from the northwest at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

The air temperature in the Kyiv region at night will range from +1 to +6°C, rising during the day to +4…+9°C. In the capital, nighttime temperatures are expected to reach +4°C, while during the day, the air will warm up to +9°C.
In the morning, the temperature in Kyiv was recorded at +4°C, with relative humidity reaching 95%, and atmospheric pressure at 745 mm of mercury.
