Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Poland on December 19. This was officially announced by the office of the Polish head of state.

Plan for Zelensky’s Visit to Poland
According to the published schedule, an official ceremony for the meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and Karol Nawrocki will take place in the morning of December 19. Following the ceremonies, a personal meeting between the presidents is expected, after which negotiations between the delegations, led by the leaders of Ukraine and Poland, will commence. A meeting of the presidents of both countries with representatives of the media is also planned.
“According to the published schedule, an official ceremony for the meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and Karol Nawrocki will take place in the morning of December 19, after which their personal meeting will begin. Following this, negotiations between the delegations led by the presidents and a meeting of the presidents of Poland and Ukraine with media representatives are planned.”

Context of Zelensky’s International Meetings
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he plans to travel to Poland at the end of the week at the invitation of the Polish side, emphasizing the importance of bilateral relations for Ukraine.
On December 18, the Ukrainian president was in Brussels, where he participated in a summit of European Union leaders. Prior to that, Zelensky visited the Netherlands and Germany, where in Berlin he led negotiations of the Ukrainian delegation with U.S. Special Representative Steve Vitkoff and Jared Kushner.
In recent weeks, the United States has been actively working towards achieving a peace agreement between Moscow and Kyiv.
