The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has officially received a draft peace plan from the United States of America, which, according to the American side, could serve as a basis for intensifying diplomatic efforts to end the war.

“From the very first moments of the Russian invasion, Ukraine has sought peace, and we support all substantive proposals that can bring us closer to true peace. Since the beginning of this year, Ukraine has supported President Trump’s proposals to end the bloodshed. We are ready to constructively work with the American side and our partners in Europe and around the world to achieve peace,” the Office of the President of Ukraine stated.

The statement also notes that in the coming days, Volodymyr Zelensky plans to hold talks with Donald Trump to discuss existing diplomatic opportunities and key elements necessary for achieving peace.
