Artem Yashkin Joins the Coaching Staff of Kyiv’s Dynamo

FC Dynamo Kyiv has undergone personnel changes: Artem Yashkin has been appointed as the new assistant to head coach Oleksandr Shovkovskyi. He will be responsible for the training of the capital team’s forwards.
Artem Yashkin’s Career as a Player and Coach
Artem Yashkin was born on April 29, 1975. As a player, he represented Dynamo from 1998 to 2002. During this time, Yashkin became a three-time champion of Ukraine (1999, 2000, 2001) and won the national cup twice (1999, 2000).
After his time at Dynamo, Yashkin continued his career at Arsenal Kyiv and also played in the football leagues of South Korea and Vietnam. Additionally, he won the Latvian championship twice and the Latvian Cup twice. As part of the national team of Ukraine, Yashkin played 8 matches between 2000 and 2001.
Coaching Experience
After retiring as a player, Artem Yashkin worked at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Children’s and Youth Football School of Dynamo, where he held the position of senior coach for various age group academies. Later, for two and a half years, he worked within the structure of the Lviv football club Rukh, serving as the academy coach and assistant to the head coach of the first team.
