Today, a scheduled inspection of the condition of the nearby caves has commenced at the National Reserve «Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra». This is an important step in ensuring the preservation of cultural heritage and the safety of the sanctuary.

“The provocative information spread by some Telegram channels about an alleged forceful seizure of the reserve’s territory is not true,” law enforcement officials reported.
This inspection is part of the regular monitoring of the reserve’s facilities, allowing timely measures to be taken for their preservation and protection.
