Kyiv City Authorities Plan to Create a Unified Service to Assist Victims of Enemy Attacks

КМВА хоче створити єдиний сервіс допомоги киянам після ворожих атак

The Kyiv City Military Administration is working on the implementation of a unified electronic application that will provide residents of the capital, affected by Russian airstrikes, with comprehensive support. The idea is to create a convenient platform that consolidates all types of assistance in one place, simplifying the process of applying for and receiving the necessary support.

This is reported by Kyiv24

This was announced by the head of the KMVA, Timur Tkachенко, on his social media page. He emphasized that currently, there is no cohesive mechanism in Kyiv for rapid response to the requests of victims: “After Russian attacks, people do not know where to turn, and they cannot understand where to get help. Even if the district administration or city authorities communicate this, there is simply no unified assistance platform to quickly and conveniently consolidate all help in one place. This includes loss of housing, the need for temporary shelter, opportunities for financial support, humanitarian or psychological assistance, legal issues, and more.”

The Goal of Creating a Unified Assistance Service

According to Tkachенко, the development of the new service has already begun. It is intended to operate on the principle of “everything in one place,” serving as both an application and a platform simultaneously. This will allow residents to quickly find the necessary assistance and receive it in a way that is convenient for them.

“I will appeal to the capital’s deputies for support of such an initiative. There can be no opponents in decisions aimed at helping people,” emphasized the head of the KMVA. The creation of such a platform is expected to enhance the level of response and reduce bureaucratic barriers in providing assistance to Kyiv residents affected by enemy shelling.
