Law enforcement officials in Kyiv discovered a violator who organized a dance to Russian music amid the mourning events in the city.

Capital law enforcement established that a 28-year-old resident of one of the residential complexes in Kyiv posted a video on social media in which she dances to a track by a Russian performer on her balcony. This occurred on the day when Kyiv was honoring the memory of the deceased residents due to a massive airstrike by Russian troops that claimed the lives of 12 people.
«All this happened on a day when the capital was in mourning for the victims of the enemy’s massive missile attack that took the lives of 12 people,» emphasized the Main Directorate of the National Police of Kyiv.
According to law enforcement, the video revealed that the violator was a local resident who was in a state of intoxication. She herself confirmed that she was dancing for entertainment and was unaware of the day of mourning. Police determined that the woman lives in the same building where the video was filmed.
Medical professionals conducted a preventive conversation, and an administrative protocol was drawn up for petty hooliganism. The violator’s actions sparked outrage among residents and became a topic of discussion on social media, as it was seen as a disrespect to the tragic events and the community’s mourning.
