Where to Get Tested for Free

The relevant department emphasizes that all conditions for early detection and treatment of hepatitis have been created in the capital. Kyiv residents can undergo free rapid testing for hepatitis B and C at any municipal medical facility in the city, including with their family doctor. If the rapid test shows a positive result, the patient will be referred for a PCR analysis. If the diagnosis is confirmed, an infectious disease specialist will prescribe additional examinations and develop an individual treatment plan.

This accessibility of testing allows for the detection of diseases at early stages and timely initiation of treatment.
