The Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 3 will undergo a significant renovation of its laboratory, with 58.3 million hryvnias allocated from the city budget. This was revealed following the results of a competition to determine the contractor for the work.

Laboratory Renovation: Project Details
The contracting organization responsible for the major renovation of the laboratory facilities is LLC “Ukrventprompostach” from the city of Slavutych in the Kyiv region. According to the tender conditions, the contractor is required to carry out a comprehensive upgrade of the engineering networks and systems of the medical institution.
Specifically, the laboratory will undergo a complete modernization of the ventilation, heating, air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems. In addition, communication networks, fire alarm systems will be updated, and the rooms will be furnished to ensure modern working conditions.
Timeline for Completion
According to the contract terms, all work must be completed “turnkey” by the end of August next year. This will ensure an adequate level of laboratory research and improve the quality of medical services for the residents of the capital.
According to the client’s requirements, the contractor must update the laboratory’s ventilation, heating, air conditioning, water supply, and sewage systems, as well as communication networks, heating, fire alarm systems, and provide furnishings for the rooms.
