Operational Situation on the Frontline: Summary of the Day

During the past day, 205 combat clashes were recorded along the line of contact. The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivsk, and Lyman directions.
Enemy Losses and Ukrainian Forces’ Results
Ukrainian military forces eliminated nearly 890 occupants in a day, as well as four tanks, two armored combat vehicles, 22 artillery systems, and multiple rocket launchers. Additionally, 343 operational-tactical drones, 27 cruise missiles, and 49 units of automotive and special equipment, including fuel tankers, were destroyed.
“The enemy launched two missile strikes and 69 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using 44 missiles and dropping 120 guided bombs. Furthermore, 5,965 kamikaze drones were deployed for strikes, and 4,578 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas were carried out, of which 91 were from multiple rocket launchers,” the General Staff reported.
Overview of the Situation in Key Directions
- In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, seven combat clashes occurred.
- Southern Slobozhansky direction — here, Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Ambarne, and Odradne.
- Kupiansk direction — four attempts at storming by the occupants were recorded.
- Lyman direction — the enemy attempted to advance 27 times.
- Seversky direction — the Defense Forces were attacked 20 times.
- Kramatorsk direction — seven combat clashes took place.
- Toretsk direction — the enemy conducted 16 attacks.
- Pokrovsk direction — Ukrainian forces held off 57 assaults in the vicinity of 15 populated areas.
- Novopavlivsk direction — 31 enemy assaults were repelled.
- Huliaipole direction — the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders near Bilohirya.
- Orikhiv direction — two unsuccessful attempts to advance towards Plavni and Stepnohirska.
- Dniprovsk direction — Ukrainian units repelled two attacks by the invaders near Antonivka and Sadove.
Overall, the situation on the frontline remains tense; however, Ukrainian defense forces continue to inflict significant losses on the enemy and successfully hold back their offensive actions.
