In the capital of Ukraine, preparations are underway to begin a large-scale restoration of the historic building located at 55 Hontchar Street, which currently houses the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. This structure, recognized as a monument of urban planning and architecture, was built between 1911 and 1913, and at one time, it housed the “Higher Women’s Courses.”
Tender Details and Timeline
Information about the tender for the restoration of the building has been published on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro. According to the tender documentation, the expected cost of the restoration and adaptation works exceeds 25.6 million hryvnias. All work is planned to be completed by the end of May next year.
