As a result of operational measures, two Kyiv residents aged 22 and 33 were arrested. They have now been taken to the Darnytsia District Police Department, where procedural actions are being conducted with investigators. In connection with this incident, law enforcement has opened a criminal case under part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for hooliganism with the use of weapons. The penalty for this article can reach up to seven years of imprisonment.
