Capital law enforcement officers, together with employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, identified the participants in the incident that occurred in Podil. A group of teenagers was listening to Russian music, ignoring the remarks of citizens.

Details of the Incident
During monitoring of social media, police discovered a video in which the young men were loudly playing songs by Russian artists. Despite the comments from passersby, who reminded them of the tragedy in Sumy, the young men did not respond appropriately: instead of turning off the music, they increased the volume and began mocking the citizens.
“Yesterday, during social media monitoring, police found a video where a group of young men loudly played music by Russian artists on the street. Despite the remarks from passersby and reminders about the tragedy in Sumy, the young men did not turn off the Russian track; instead, they made the music louder and began mocking the citizens,” the police reported.
Legal Consequences
The participants in the incident turned out to be two 17-year-old Kyiv residents and a 20-year-old resident of the Kyiv region. They explained their actions by being under the influence of alcohol. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the young men under Articles 173 (petty hooliganism) and 178 (drinking alcoholic beverages in public places) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Additionally, the parents of the underage participants in the scandal were also held accountable under Article 184 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for failing to fulfill parental duties regarding the upbringing of their children. Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine continue to work with the young men.
