Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 950 Russian soldiers and repelled numerous enemy attacks in various directions along the front.

Overview of the combat situation over the past day
In the last 24 hours, 159 combat clashes between Ukrainian defenders and Russian occupation forces were recorded on the front. The most tense situation is observed in several operational directions.
Situation in key directions
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled eight enemy attacks. The occupation forces carried out 12 airstrikes, dropped 25 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 198 shellings, of which 15 involved the use of rocket artillery.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, 13 enemy attacks were stopped in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Kam’yanka, and Krasne Pershe.
The Kupiansk direction was marked by three attempts by the occupiers to advance near Kupiansk, Radykivka, and towards Pishchane.
In the Lyman direction, the Russians attempted to break through the defense 12 times near Hrekivka, Karpivka, Serednie, Shandryholove, Kolodiaziv, and Torske.
Near Serebryanka, Vyiimka, Pereizne, as well as in the direction of Yampol and Dronivka in the Siversky direction, five enemy attacks were repelled.
In the Kramatorsk direction, there were no combat clashes throughout the day.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked ten times in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiyivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Poltavka.
The most active actions of the occupiers were observed in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 56 enemy assaults near Volodymyrivka, Razine, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Novoekonomichne, Myroliubivka, Pokrovsk, Zviriv, Kotlyne, Udachny, Novoserhiyivka, and Filia.
In the Novopavlivsk direction, the occupiers conducted 28 attacks near Zelenyi Hai, Sosnivka, Vorony, Sychneve, Novoivanivka, Novohryhorivka, and towards Novomykolaivka.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian forces repelled seven attacks near Poltavka.
The Orikhiv direction was marked by one attempt by the enemy to break through the defense near Novoandriivka.
In the Dnipro direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled an attack on their positions.
“The total losses of Russian invaders on October 3 amounted to 950 individuals. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed a tank, an armored combat vehicle, 15 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, 450 operational-tactical level drones, 10 missiles, 73 units of automotive and one unit of special equipment of the occupiers”.
Thus, the Ukrainian military continues to inflict significant losses on the Russian occupation forces, maintaining defense and destroying enemy equipment on the front line.
