On Saturday, May 31, the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine in Pirohiv invites Kyiv residents and guests of the capital to a large family celebration titled “Ukraine — an Unbreakable Family.”

A Vibrant Program for the Whole Family
Visitors can expect a rich and diverse program. The museum grounds will host a quest called “Discovering Ukraine,” a fair of folk crafts, workshops for children and adults, as well as fun contests and quizzes with prizes. Active leisure enthusiasts will have the opportunity to participate in a workout session with Olympic champions, visit sports locations, and enjoy games and demonstrations by outstanding athletes and their trainees.
“It will be an incredible day filled with love, warmth, unity, and creativity. The celebration will provide unforgettable emotions and fill everyone with pride for the talented Ukrainian family,” the organizers promise.
Art, Sports, and Traditions
Guests of the event will be able to join the flash mobs “Ukraine Sings” and “Ukraine Dances,” decorate the symbolic Tree of Wishes, try face painting, and attend sound therapy sessions. Creative performances will be presented by groups from Kyiv region, Luhansk region, Donetsk region, and Chernihiv region. The celebration will conclude with a concert by the People’s Artist of Ukraine Taras Yanitsky titled “Singing Voices Under the Sky of Ukraine.”
The event is supported by the National Olympic Committee, the International Women’s Movement “For Family Values,” the Committee on Youth and Sports of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the State Institution “Sport for All.”
