The news agency Reuters published the text of the counter proposals, which, according to its sources, were presented by representatives of Ukraine and European countries to the American side during negotiations in London. According to this document, the parties express support for a complete and unconditional ceasefire from the air, land, and sea, and also advocate for the immediate commencement of technical negotiations involving the USA and Europe. These negotiations are to take place alongside the development of an agenda and conditions for achieving a comprehensive peace agreement.
