Zelensky Held Talks with the Servant of the People Faction on Key Issues of the Council

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of the parliamentary faction of the party “Servant of the People” to discuss the main issues currently under consideration by the Verkhovna Rada. During the negotiations, the parties paid special attention to preparations for the upcoming parliamentary sessions, as well as important legislative initiatives.

Preparation for Decisions on Eurointegration and State Stability

“Meeting with representatives of the monolithic majority in the Ukrainian parliament. A good conversation, very substantive. We are preparing for the sessions. We discussed key issues that are currently on the parliamentary agenda. What is needed for the stability of our state and for Ukraine’s movement towards the European Union,” he wrote on Telegram, thanking the deputies “for their constructiveness”.

During the meeting, attention was focused on legislative changes necessary for further strengthening the state and advancing Ukraine’s membership in the European Union. The President emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue and a consolidated position of the monolithic majority in parliament.

Expected Personnel Issues and Consultations with Other Factions

According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak from the “Voice” faction, before the start of the plenary week, the coalition faction plans to hold an additional meeting with the participation of the Prime Minister and the President. During this meeting, personnel reshuffles are likely to be discussed, including the issue of replacing the Minister of Education and appointing a new Minister of Justice.

In addition, according to Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the President has scheduled separate consultations with representatives of other factions in the Verkhovna Rada, including opposition ones, to achieve broader political consensus on key decisions for the country.
