The location of the agricultural fair in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv has been changed due to a hepatitis A outbreak to ensure the safety of the city’s residents.

The Fair Will Be Held at a New Address
The traditional agricultural fair, which was set to take place in the Vidradne area, has been moved from its original location at 42 Shalimova Street (the area between Donetska and Biletskoho Streets). The event will now take place on Shalimova Street — from 28 Huzara Avenue to Chumaka Street.
Reason for the Change of Venue
The Department of Industry and Enterprise Development of the Kyiv City State Administration reported that the decision to move the fair was made based on recommendations from the Solomianskyi District State Administration in Kyiv. This step is aimed at preventing the spread of hepatitis A in the Vidradne area.
“In light of the information provided by the Solomianskyi District State Administration in Kyiv regarding the prevention of the spread of hepatitis A in the Vidradne area, changes are being made to the agricultural fair scheduled for June 14, 2025,” the statement reads.
The Kyiv City State Administration emphasizes that the relocation of the fair was made for the safety and health of Kyiv residents.
